4F *For faculty and graduate students

• The 4th floor is only available to faculty and graduate students. *Graduate students only on weekdays
• If you are not qualified to enter the floor and wish to use the materials on the 4th floor, the staff will take out the materials instead. Please apply at the counter on the 4th floor on weekdays and at the Main Counter on the 1st floor on Saturdays.
• Please use the stairs in the North Reading Room on the 3rd floor to enter and exit. The elevator to the 4th floor is for the faculty members only.

Hiyoshi Depository *For faculty

• Only faculty and staff members are allowed to enter the Hiyoshi Depository. *Until 30 minutes before closing. The IC card for entry are available at the Main Counter on the 1st floor.
• For detailed instructions, please refer to the Using Items in the Closed Stacks page shown at the bottom of this page.
• If you are not a faculty or staff member and wish to use the materials, the staff will take out the materials instead. To apply for use, please submit the form on the Using Items in the Closed Stacks page shown at the bottom of this page or visit the Reference Desk on the 1st floor of the Hiyoshi Library (weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Raiosha Reference Library (Raiosha, 3rd floor) *For faculty

• Faculty members with Raiosha IC card keys can enter the Reference Library on the 3rd floor of the Raiosha for 24 hours. If you do not have it, you can borrow the card key at the Raiosha reception desk.

• If you are not a faculty or staff member and wish to use the materials, the staff will take out the materials instead. Laboratory Materials *No entry

• Materials with a location of "Hiyoshi Media Center *** lab." are the materials in the laboratory.
• You will not be allowed to enter the lab, so the staff will take out the materials instead. To apply for use, please submit the form on the Using Items in the Closed Stacks page below.
