山中資料センターからの資料の取寄せ / Requesting Items from Yamanaka Book Depository

山中資料センター（山梨県にある保存書庫）に配架されている資料は、各メディアセンターに取寄せて利用することができます。

Yamanaka Book Depository is our remote storage which is located in Yamanashi. You may request items from the depository to have them delivered to Media Center at your convenience.

■資料の現物取寄せ / Requesting Books and Journals

取寄せの依頼方法は、資料の請求記号によって異なります。

「○」：KOSMOS申込み可となっている場合 / In case that requesting via KOSMOS is available

　KOSMOSにログインのうえ、「資料を入手する」部分に表示される「取寄せ・予約」ボタンを

クリックして取寄せ手続きを行ってください。

Sign in to KOSMOS before getting started. Click REQUEST which is shown in “Get it” section, then proceed as directed.

「▲」：オンラインリクエストまたは各地区メディアセンターで取寄せとなっている場合 / In case that requesting is accepted via online form or in person at the counter

図書取寄せ/予約申込フォーム（※）、または各地区メディアセンターのカウンターにてお申込ください。

Place a request via online form or in person at the counter of Media Center of any campus.

※館内KOSMOS専用端末からは申込フォームにアクセスできません。

インターネットにアクセスできる端末からお申込ください。

*You may not access the online form from KOSMOS terminals. Try other PC which is connected to Internet.

文献複写申込フォーム（※）、または各地区メディアセンターのカウンターにてお申込ください。
