協生館図書室（協生館4階） / Kyoseikan Library (Kyoseikan, 4F)
- 協生館図書室へは教職員・大学院生・協生館3研究科卒業生の方のみ入室可能です。
- 学部生・通信教育課程生・3研究科以外の塾員の方が、協生館図書室のみにある資料を閲覧したい場合、事前に日吉メディアセンターへ閲覧申請が必要です（貸出は不可）。
- Only faculty, staff, graduate students, and alumni of the 3 graduate schools of Kyoseikan are allowed to enter the Kyoesikan Library.
- Undergraduates, correspondence course students, and alumni of other than the 3 graduate schools of Kyoseikan who wish to browse materials available only at the Kyoseikan Library must apply in advance to the Hiyoshi Media Center for access. Materials may not be checked out from the library.

日吉保存書庫（教職員のみ入室可）
- 日吉保存書庫へは教職員のみ入室可能です（日吉図書館の閉館30分前まで）。日吉図書館1階メインカウンターで入室用のICカードをお貸しします。
- 日吉保存書庫への行き方や詳しい利用方法は、以下の日吉閉架書庫資料の利用ページ内の「日吉保存書庫利用ガイド」をご参照ください。
- 教職員以外の方が日吉保存書庫資料を利用したい場合は、係員が資料を出納します。詳しくは以下をご参照ください。

Hiyoshi Depository *For faculty
- Only faculty and staff members are allowed to enter the Hiyoshi Depository. *Until 30 minutes before closing of the Hiyoshi Library. The IC card for entry are available at the Main Counter on the 1st floor of the Hiyoshi Library.
- For detailed instructions, please refer to the Using Items in the Closed Stacks page below.
- If you are not a faculty or staff member and wish to use the materials, the staff will take out the materials instead. To apply for use, please submit the form on the Using Items in the Closed Stacks page below or visit the Reference Desk on the 1st floor of the Hiyoshi Library (weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
